Erin has been working in the field of immigration law since 2010 and focuses primarily on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant cases. In particular, she has worked closely with individuals in preparing National Interest Waivers immigrant petitions for obtaining permanent resident (green card) status.
Erin also has extensive experience providing immigration solutions to victims of oppression, violence and human trafficking. She has represented workers who have been exploited in the United States and foreign victims of domestic violence in pursuing applications for U and T visas, and immigrant visa petitions filed under the Violence Against Women Act.
